Who We Are Higgins & McLaughlin, PLC. is the result of a partnership between David Higgins and Marybeth Lewis-McLaughlin, CPAs.  We represent close to a half-century's worth of combined tax and accounting experience, enhanced by strong ethical standards and dedication to superior client service.
